Liminal Nights #2 @ The Queen’s Hall

The second Liminal Nights event will be on Wednesday 16th October in Edinburgh’s Queen’s Hall.

From The Queen’s Hall website:

Tonight is all about the cello, and the beguiling relationship it has with electronics. Composer Ben Chatwin is joined by cellist Pete Harvey, whilst The Queen’s Hall’s recently installed associate artist in residence, Michael Begg, is joined by cellist Clea Friend.

Who knows what to expect? Surprise and the unknown are built in as standard – though anticipate a crepuscular alignment of modular synthesis, loops, electronic mischief alongside some wonderful musicianship.
